The estimated time frame is listed in the Specifications module on every product page. Most items are request 1-5 business days to handcraft.

The estimated shipping time varies from the shipping method.

Please note that this time frame does not include processing time and not account for delays caused by service or weather disruptions if any. We will remind you of the estimated delivery date throughout checkout. After your order is placed, we will email you the expected delivery date and tracking as soon as it’s available.

Priority Secure Shipping (Recommend)

Priority Secure Shipping is a service that protects shippers from packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination or if it is damaged on delivery, please email [email protected] with a picture or text of the problem with the package and we will send it back to you. We pack a new item at no cost. The following will be excluded from our transfer insurance policy: Goods damaged due to natural disasters or external factors beyond our control and responsibility. Goods have arrived in your mailbox but you did not take it leading to theft.

Please feel free to order and send your gifts directly to the recipients through Mavixs. We don’t include invoices in our packages.
